An Architectural journey from beginning to handover.

 

    A journey of a Vacant land to a full complete site is a memorable path. As an Engineer I have already handed over a lots of projects in residential, Commercial and Institutional buildings including their Interiors. From the very beginning of planning to its handover I have a lots of meeting with the clients. During this time the most precious things to me is their energy and emotions. Each time I meet a client I get a new energy to create something new. I love to talk with my clients and here their thinking. Some of them are really inspire me. The collaboration of their thinking in a proper way in a right track always gives a solution to the project. While doing the planning I always have to keep in mind about its budget.

     The most important thing of doing a project is maintaining the quality of work. I always maintain the quality in materials and labors. As a result of it it gives a satisfactory result. The relation between my team and client is very clear.

    While I have a site my first work is to visit the site and have a proper knowledge  of the site. At that time I can assume a concept of my Site. Then I start planning, structural design, estimate, layout, Interior design etc.

    When any construction project started I have to give supervision, at that time my main challenge is to do the project properly maintaining quality and time schedule. A bigger challenge is collaborating all units properly. 

    My main success and satisfaction to me is handover. When I handed over a site and my clients said "Its exactly what we want."
